Enterprise Edition Introduction

1. Differences Between Enterprise and Personal Editions

To ensure absolute security of enterprise data, Gaminik Windows Enterprise Edition is designed to be usable without internet connection. Therefore, the only translation engines available for Enterprise Edition are Offline Translation Engines and Private Translation Engines deployed by enterprises themselves.

During running, the Enterprise Edition does not connect to official servers (except for temporary activation), and custom glossaries are only stored locally.

The usage methods for screen translation and image translation are consistent with the Personal Edition.

2. Why Enterprise Edition Requires Activation

Since the Enterprise Edition can run completely offline without relying on network (except for temporary activation) and does not require login, each device needs to be activated separately.

3. How to activate the Enterprise Edition

  1. Run Enterprise Edition on the target device, and the activation interface will appear.
  2. Copy the machine code displayed in the activation interface (each device has a unique machine code).
  3. Log in to the Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard, enter the machine code, click Activate, and export the activation code.
  4. Import the activation code in the device's activation interface. Upon successful activation, Gaminik can be used properly on this device.

Note: Activation codes are device-specific. One activation code can only activate the corresponding device (machine code).

4. Activation Notes

Once a device's machine code has been used to Activate Device and Get Activation Code in the Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard, it indicates the device is activated. Deactivation or Replacement of the device after activation is not supported in any form.

2. What is the Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard

Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard https://e.gaminik.net/dashboard provides enterprise edition trial and self-service activation. After logging in, you can submit trial application online, download software, temporarily activate devices (for trial), permanently activate devices, view the number of remaining activations available, and query lists of activated devices.

3. First-Time Registration and Applying Process

New users wishing to trial/use Enterprise Edition need to first register an account using email in Gaminik Windows/Android Edition (no Pro Plan purchase required). This account will be used to log in to the Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard and should be kept securely.

4. Trial Instructions

Official approval for trial applications is completed within 2 business days. Once approved, log in to the Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard to download the Enterprise Edition soft and temporarily activate devices for trial.

Each approved user receives 5 temporary device activation opportunities.

The temporary activation process is identical to permanent activation.

Differences between temporary and permanent activation:

5. Payment and Purchase

After satisfactory trial, please contact Gaminik official via email: [email protected] or WeChat: gami2022 to discuss procurement.

Enterprise Edition Service Agreement includes bulk device licensing and technical support services.

We support contract signing, corporate bank transfers, and invoice issuance.

6. Permanent Activation

After payment is completed, log in to the Enterprise Edition Management Dashboard to view the purchase record and the number of activations remaining.

Click "Activate Device" under the purchase record to access the permanent activation interface. Specific activation steps refer to 3. How to activate the Enterprise Edition

During permanent activation, the target device does not need an internet connection. No internet is needed after successful activation.
